We accept the realities of global warming, abandoned industrial sites, “brown fields,” and poorly planned developments. But what would we like these liabilities to become? The problem lies in getting us all to agree on an outcome and to arrive at a solution via a united effort. The devil is in the details! By the time we decide and manage to act, it may be too late.
